Cynthia was fantastic! She was highly organized, communicative and incredibly thoughtful with every detail. We initially hired Cynthia to be our Day of Coordinator for our wedding reception party, but she also helped plan our civil ceremony and our welcoming party at our home. We hired Cynthia about 10 months out from our wedding celebrations and let her know our rough plans. About 4-5 months before our wedding, she scheduled monthly calls to keep us on track with all of our tasks, i.e. wedding decor, photographers, venue, food, etc. About a month leading up to the week of celebrations, we had weekly calls with Cynthia where we’d review our weekly tasks, she followed up on pending activities and she did further research on items as requested. Since we did not choose a formal decor company for any of our events, Cynthia graciously jumped in and brainstormed with us on suggestions on how to decorate our welcome party and reception party. Cynthia showed up early to both events to set up the decor and worked tirelessly to make sure the details we envisioned came to fruition. Overall, we attribute much of the positive feedback from all three celebrations to Cynthia’s expert planning, calm demeanor and eye for detail. We can’t recommend her enough, and wish we could use her for all of our life events!
