Cynthia was a joy to work with. We were feeling the pressure as vendor communication picked up significantly in the two months leading up to our wedding and we were asked to finalize details and send final payments. Cynthia took charge of replying to all our vendors and made sure they had everything they needed. She was always just a text away to answer any questions we had- whether it was to clarify details with our vendors, suggestions on vendor tipping, or to reassure us that we were right on schedule. We really appreciated that she began every meeting by checking on the status of open items in our wedding binder and reviewing the day-of-timeline to make sure everything was accounted for to the minute.

On the day of the wedding, Cynthia was simply amazing. Nicole arrived to the venue later than planned, pushing back the times when we were supposed to take getting ready and first look photos. But Cynthia reassured us that we were just fine and managed to coordinate the vendors so that we still got all the shots we wanted. We started the wedding ceremony right on time too. She also went above and beyond and helped to bustle Nicole’s wedding dress when no one else knew how. Nicole did a fair amount of wedding diy- one of those projects being table number signage. In the hustle of trying to clear out of the venue to head to our afterparty, Nicole forgot to take one of the table numbers home as a memento from the wedding. To our surprise, Cynthia had actually carefully collected all of the table numbers and placed them in the box of stuff we took home. That’s the kind of thoughtfulness and care you can expect from Cynthia. Our wedding was an absolute blast.

Our wedding party jokes that it was so perfect, it was like a scene out of a movie. We would highly recommend Cynthia, especially for her month-of and day-of coordination services.
