Cynthia was an absolute joy to work with & we are so grateful to her and her amazing team for making our April 2022 wedding weekend absolutely unforgettable! We started working with Cynthia late in the planning process- we had originally planned our wedding for March 2020 but had to reschedule numerous times. By the time we started working with Cynthia in early 2022, we had a general day-of plan and most of the vendor coordination completed, but Cynthia was phenomenal at identifying areas we had initially forgotten about and keeping us on track up to the wedding weekend. We truly could not have imagined surviving the wedding planning crunch time without her! Not only did she do an absolutely phenomenal job taking our wedding vision and making it a reality (seriously, all of our design ideas were pulled together beautifully and even better than we could have ever imagined), but the team she had with her was also top-notch. We heard nothing but great things about them throughout the evening and even months later, we’re still hearing stories about how well they did at handling the many guests and coordinating all of the details. Cynthia was excellent at navigating the nuances of having a wedding during a pandemic in addition to the traditional wrangling of family for photos, coordinating with vendors, and the many other duties of a wedding coordinator. We so appreciated her level of communication before, during, and after the wedding, and are incredibly grateful for everything she did to keep us stress-free and totally unaware of the many moving parts in the background throughout the day!
