Cynthia is an incredible wedding coordinator. At the time of our engagement, my fiancé was stationed in Hawaii and I was living in California. She, in California, helped plan our military wedding in our home state of Washington! Our wedding venue was on an active military base so there were additional logistical hurdles to overcome (like background checks for vendor and guest access), but Cynthia was more than up for the challenge. She was constantly in touch during the planning process; while I merely garbled vague adjectives of the vibe I wanted for the wedding, she turned those feelings into a conceptual mock designs of the set-up for the venue space – despite having very few pictures of the venue to go off of.

She seamlessly incorporated all of our important wedding moments into the wedding, (such as a military sword arch, a Vietnamese tea ceremony, and a grand entrance into our reception… by boat!) making for such smooth transitions through the day. By the day of the wedding, we fully trusted her with our vision and she executed effortlessly— truly, everything ran right on schedule! Her experience and professionalism were such assets: she has such a creative mind and attention to detail; it was fantastic to bounce ideas off of her. Most of all, her enthusiasm over our big day really helped us to enjoy the wedding planning process, which ultimately led us to stress less and be truly present in our love on the best day of our lives.
